About adventures.gl

adventures.gl is built for travellers who want to experience Greenland on their own terms. We gather destinations, activities and practical know-how in one place, so you can plan a trip without piecing it together from ten different websites.

We describe places as they actually are — with the distances, seasons and practical conditions that apply on the ground.

adventures.gl is operated from Greenland. That is a practical difference rather than a slogan: we write about places we can reach ourselves, under the same conditions we travel in. Where we cannot verify something, we say so instead of filling the gap.
